If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the item, and we will process your return or exchange request. Requests made after 15 days will not be accepted. Be sure to reach out to us by email at info@electrobikeshub.com initially.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. electrobikeshub.com is not responsible for the shipping costs of packages returned by customers independently.
- If you refuse to accept the package upon delivery, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used items are non-refundable.
- Damage or loss caused by the customer is non-refundable.
General Return Process

Initiate a return: Please email us at info@electrobikeshub.com with photos and/or videos of the items, and include your order number. Our customer service team will review your return request within 3 business days.

Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the return address and detailed instructions on how to return your item. (Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted). We recommend shipping your return/exchange with tracking and a signature, as we are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.

Refund or exchange: Upon receiving your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and proceed with a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
Return Charge
- If the return is due to an issue on our end (e.g., incorrect products, damaged items, technical problems), we will provide a full refund, including return shipping.
- If the return is due to buyer-related issues (e.g., change of mind, ordering the wrong product/size), the buyer is responsible for the shipping and return costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days. If we find any damages caused by the customer during the inspection, a charge will be applied accordingly.
If you haven’t received your refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. You may also need to contact your bank or credit card company as it can take some time for the refund to be posted officially. If you have completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@electrobikeshub.com.
Please Note: We do not refund the original shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
We can cancel your order if you contact us promptly after placing your purchase. If the parcel has not been shipped, you can cancel the order before it is dispatched, and we will issue a full refund. Once the parcel has shipped, cancellations are not possible.
