Shipping Policy

The delivery cost within the UK ranges from £40 to £75. However, we offer FREE delivery on all items within the UK. Please note that deliveries to specific areas, such as the Isle of Wight, incur an additional charge of £90.

Our shipments within the UK are handled by trusted couriers such as DHL, Parcel Force, DPD, UPS, FedEx, or Tuffnells Tracked. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 working days.

Orders placed after 12 pm will be dispatched the next working day unless otherwise stated.

Items may be available for collection. Please contact us to discuss this option.

All items will be dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, except on weekends, when orders will be processed on the next working day.

If the delivery is not signed for and no one is available to receive it, the courier will leave a card allowing you to re-book the delivery or pick up the order from the depot.

In the event that the electric scooter cannot be delivered after three unsuccessful attempts, it will be returned to us.

electrobikeshub.com reserves the right to charge an additional shipping fee if the customer requests the order to be re-sent after it has been returned following three failed delivery attempts.

If the courier returns the items to us, they will be restocked, and your account will be credited with the order total minus the shipping fees and any charges levied by the courier for returning the items. If you wish to have the order re-shipped, you will need to place a new order.
